Metabolic analysis

The main goal of metabolomics is "quantitative study of the dynamic metabolite response (metabolites) of life systems to pathology, physiological stimuli or gene mutations", focusing on many small molecular metabolites processes that occur from the metabolism of cells, organs or organisms. By analyzing these metabolites, we can understand the physiology of cells/organs/tissues at specific times. Metabolite analysis predicts the closest phenotype and can be easily observed for immediate effects on diseases, nutrition, drug therapy, and genetic mutations. The most powerful ability of metabolite analysis is to explain all changes directly through the molecular structure, so changes in physiological state. Abnormalities can be confirmed by characterization and biomarkers. The identification of biomarkers can also lead to more advanced techniques used as a hypothesis for clinical disease diagnosis and prediction.
